What you get
A dedicated strand comes into the building and terminates at a handoff. Past that point the network is yours — your routing, your switching, your equipment. The static public IPv4 address comes with the service, not with any box.

Questions
No. Working remotely from your house is a household account, and residential terms apply to it. You would only want Business if the account is in a company's name.
If you want the account in the company's name, that is a Business account, and you get Business products at your home address. If it is your household account that you happen to also work from, that stays residential. The distinction is what the account is for, not where it is.

Standard Business Fiber is month to month with unlimited data. Where you separately fund construction, or buy a managed or security service, that arrangement can carry its own term — and we tell you what it is before you sign anything.
On Business 10G, 25G and 100G, yes, and your included static IPv4 address is unaffected by that choice. Business 1G comes with the included gateway; if you would rather run your own router on 1G, tell us on your request.
The figure is the rate of your own connection, the same both ways. Business Fiber is dedicated access fiber with shared upstream capacity, so what a transfer achieves also depends on the far end and your equipment. If you need committed bandwidth with defined commitments, that is Dedicated Internet.
