Security service disclosure

What a Lucky Fiber security service includes, who provides each part, and what it cannot promise.

Effective

What you are buying

Lucky Fiber LLC provides the security services identified in your written proposal and accepted agreement. Equipment, installation, platform access, monitoring, recording, maintenance and optional features are itemised separately, so you can see what is included and what each part costs.

There is no published security price list and no advertised bundle. A camera-only or access-only project is a normal project, and nothing acquires a monitored alarm because it was quoted alongside one.

A security agreement is separate from internet service. Month-to-month internet terms do not carry over to it; where a security service carries a term, your proposal states it before you accept.

Who provides what

Selected solutions use Alarm.com technology. Which features are available depends on compatible equipment, subscriptions, connectivity and configuration. Alarm.com is a technology provider and is not the monitoring center.

Monitoring, when selected and activated, is provided through Southwest Dispatch. Your agreement identifies the licensed entity handling your signals, the communication paths, the recording and storage scope, authorized users, the service term, cancellation terms and any permit responsibilities.

What a security system cannot do

An alarm or camera system does not guarantee prevention of loss, injury or damage, and it does not guarantee an emergency response. Power, communications, equipment and outside service interruptions can affect operation, and how your system behaves during one depends on the equipment and communication path chosen for your property — your proposal states it for the system you are actually getting.

An alarm signal reaching a monitoring center is not the same as emergency responders being dispatched, and an app notification is not evidence that anyone has been dispatched. For an emergency, call 911.

This is property security. Fire and life-safety certification is a separate discipline and we do not hold it. Lucky Fiber is not an insurer, and the price of a security service is not an insurance premium.

Keep authorized contacts current and follow the agreed testing and maintenance instructions. Website forms and the support inbox are not emergency dispatch channels.

Communities: common areas and homes

A property manager administers common-area systems. Resident alarm codes, private cameras and personal app accounts are not included in that administration and are not visible by default.

When a home moves from construction to a resident, the construction account is closed, authorized users are removed, and the resident sets up their own. Common-area access logs and recordings have named administrators, a stated retention period and defined export permissions.
