How to test properly

What to expect

A person reads every request and replies to you directly, and you get a reference number. A request tells us something is wrong at your address; it is not a status page, so if you want to know whether others are affected, ask and we will check.

Billing and your account

Service is billed in advance. Your first partial period is prorated from the day we install and activate.

To cancel, call or email us and tell us the date you want service to end. We confirm it and tell you the final balance. There is no early termination fee.

Invoices and payments are handled in the customer portal. Sign in to the customer portal.
