Installation: Installation is free on 1 Gig and 10 Gig at eligible addresses, regardless of how long the drop is. There is no distance cap and no long-drop surcharge.
Contract: Month to month. No contract and no early termination fee. We do not advertise a lifetime price lock, and we do not run promotional prices that expire into a higher rate.
What the speed means: 10 / 10 Gbps is the rate of your own fiber connection, the same in both directions. What a particular transfer achieves also depends on shared upstream capacity, the far end and your equipment.
