Provider and service
Lucky Fiber LLC provides the Business Fiber tier identified in your accepted service confirmation, at the approved service address. These are the complete terms for Business Fiber; they are not an addendum to another agreement and they do not incorporate the residential terms.
A Business account is an account in a company's name. A business run from a house can hold one, and Business products are then supplied at that address. A household account that someone also works from stays residential.
Business Fiber is dedicated access fiber to your premises with shared upstream capacity. It is not committed-bandwidth Dedicated Internet, and nothing here creates a bandwidth, latency or availability commitment. Dedicated Internet is a separate product, scoped and quoted for you.
Addressing and equipment
Every Business tier includes one static public IPv4 address with the plan, at no separate charge. On 10 Gig, 25 Gig and 100 Gig you may use your own router and keep that address. Business 1 Gig includes a basic gateway; how bring-your-own-router works on that tier is not yet offered, and no discount applies in place of it.
Every subscriber receives a stable IPv6 /48 through DHCPv6 prefix delegation. We do not use carrier-grade NAT and we do not routinely block inbound or outbound ports.
Provider-owned equipment comes back within 30 days after service ends, with a prepaid label and packaging supplied by us. Your equipment schedule identifies which items are provider-owned and which you purchased.
Installation and construction
Business installation is quoted per site rather than charged at a published price. Commercial premises differ too much for a flat figure to be honest, and residential installation pricing is not applied to a commercial building in either direction.
Standard activation and any extraordinary construction are scoped, quoted and agreed before we accept an order. Where construction is separately funded, that arrangement is a separate agreement and can carry its own term, milestones and payment schedule.
Billing, changes and cancellation
Service is billed in advance, beginning when installation and activation are complete, with the first partial billing period prorated. Your invoice states the amount due and the date it is due, and your service confirmation identifies the monthly price, equipment, one-time charges and applicable taxes.
Standard Business Fiber is month to month with unlimited data and no early termination fee. Service ends on the date you ask for; unused days in the current prepaid period are not prorated or refunded for an ordinary customer-requested cancellation, except where the law requires it.
We give advance notice of a price change. A separately funded construction project, a managed service or a security service is a separate agreement with its own terms — ending Business Fiber does not automatically end those, and ending one of those does not end Business Fiber.
Support and acceptable use
Support is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on 844.860.1234 and at noc@luckyfiber.com. That is an answering commitment, not a repair time or an availability commitment, and this document does not create a service level agreement.
Our acceptable use and network management policy applies to Business Fiber. Use the service lawfully and do not use it to harm other people or other networks.
