Residential
Four speeds, all symmetrical and unlimited.
Every residential plan runs as fast up as it does down, has no data cap, and stays month to month. 10 Gig is the everyday choice; 25 and 100 Gig are ordinary residential products here. Installation, equipment and static addressing differ by plan, and each plan says which.

Terms
The policies, in plain terms
- Contract
- Month to month. No contract and no early termination fee.
- Data
- Unlimited data. No usage caps and no overage charges.
- Installation
- Installation is free on 1 Gig and 10 Gig at eligible addresses, regardless of how long the drop is. There is no distance cap and no long-drop surcharge.
- Leaving
- There is no installation clawback and no minimum term. If you leave, you are not billed back for the install.
- Price changes
- We do not advertise a lifetime price lock, and we do not run promotional prices that expire into a higher rate.
- Servers and inbound
- Home servers, VPNs and inbound connections are supported, and static addressing exists so you can use them. We do not routinely block inbound or outbound ports; the network-management policy sets out the security and legal exceptions.
Questions
Things people ask
Is there really no contract?
Yes. Residential service is month to month. There is no early termination fee, and no minimum term hidden in the installation.
Is installation actually free on 1 Gig and 10 Gig?
At addresses eligible for those speeds, yes, regardless of how long the drop is. There is no distance cap and no long-drop surcharge. If you cancel later, we do not bill the installation back to you.
Can I use my own router?
On 10, 25 and 100 Gig, yes. We hand the connection off at a demarcation point and everything behind it is yours. 1 Gig comes with the router we supply, included with the plan.
How do I get a static IP address?
25 Gig and 100 Gig include one with the plan, whichever router you use. On 10 Gig it comes with the router package. 1 Gig does not offer one. There is never a separate static IP charge stacked on top.
Will I get the full speed?
The figure is the rate of your own fiber connection, the same both ways. What a speed test shows also depends on the test server, shared upstream capacity and your own equipment, so a wired test is the fairest measure — and we will look at a result with you.
Can I run a server or a VPN at home?
Yes — it is a large part of why we offer static addresses. Home labs and VPNs are ordinary residential use. We do not routinely block inbound or outbound ports; the network-management policy sets out the security and legal exceptions.
Do I need an engineering consultation for 25 or 100 Gig?
No. They are residential products. We confirm your address and whether the speed is deliverable there before you order, and that happens on our side.
While we are at your house
We also hold a Texas security license and fit alarm systems. It is a separate service with its own agreement — not an add-on to your internet.
