What we deliver

Conduit, cable, and fiber, to your specification.

Conduit & pathways

Dedicated conduit, available duct capacity, and new pathways designed around your route and expansion requirements. Sized for your fiber count and growth, with handholes and building entrances placed for pulling, splicing, and maintenance access.

Dedicated fiber cables

Complete cables with project-specific fiber counts, routing, termination, and handover requirements. Placed in dedicated or shared pathway, spliced and terminated at your specified locations, and tested per fiber.

Dark fiber

Assigned strands connecting your required endpoints, with documented routing and acceptance testing. Terminated on panels at each end, with fiber assignments and splice records delivered at acceptance.

Commercial structure. Customer-owned builds, leases, and IRU arrangements structured to the project. Existing capacity subject to confirmation.

Existing assets. Where Lucky Fiber holds pathway or fiber along your route, it is offered subject to confirmation. Elsewhere, we build to the requirement.

Proposals. Project proposals identify construction, recurring, and maintenance charges separately where applicable.

How we execute

A project starts with a route study — existing pathways, crossings, permitting, and the shape of the cost — before design fixes duct and strand assignments, splice locations, and the test criteria acceptance is measured against.

The people who plan the route build it. Lucky Fiber performs construction with its own crews; engineering, permitting, and specialist work we coordinate rather than self-perform are identified in the proposal.

Applicable OTDR and insertion-loss results, fiber assignments, and GIS/as-built records.

Maintenance, restoration, and access obligations established in the agreement.

Method selection
Ground conditions, crossings, and existing utilities decide the method for each segment: directional drilling under roads, driveways, and water; plowing on clear open runs; open trenching where depth and separation must be exact. Restoration to the jurisdiction's standard is part of the scope.
Acceptance testing
Bidirectional OTDR traces and end-to-end insertion loss are measured against a pass criterion agreed in the scope before construction, and recorded per fiber. The same tests follow any repair.
Route diversity
Two ducts in one trench are one path. Where diversity is specified, the route documentation shows where paths physically separate and where they share a duct bank, crossing, or building entrance.
Changes and proposals
Field conditions change; changes are recorded and priced against the approved scope. Proposals are itemized to the project, and budgetary pricing is available early in the conversation.
Maintenance and restoration
Who maintains the plant, the response commitment, and how emergency restoration is handled are written into the agreement before handover. No response time is published outside one.
